1. Weekly Personalized Coaching Sessions

Real progress comes from ongoing guidance and support. Every other week, you’ll meet one-on-one with your coach to help you craft and implement your plan, troubleshoot challenges, and stay consistent.

Every other week, you’ll have a session with Cory in a group setting focused on understanding what’s driving your symptoms and how to support your body effectively.

These sessions help you connect the dots and refine your plan as your body responds.

2. Leveraging Your Labs

Test, don’t guess.

We don’t just make random suggestions based on what we “think might work.” We take your entire medical and health history, past lab work, and unique body into account when working with you to formulate the right path.

3. Fully Customized Weekly Meal Plans

Each week you'll receive simple, personalized meal plans based on your unique dietary preferences, lifestyle, and health goals.

No generic cookie-cutter templates — just nutrition designed for your body in a beautifully laid out, easy to follow along plan.

4. Advanced Testing

For even better insight, clients may choose to incorporate optional advanced testing such as:

  • DUTCH hormone testing

  • GI-MAP gut testing

These tests can help uncover deeper issues that may be influencing your symptoms.

5. Movement, Digestion, Supplements, Sleep, and Stress

Nutrition isn’t all that we dive into! We’ll help you create a movement routine that feels enjoyable and doable, help with gut repair and digestion, suggest the right supplement protocol, and support your sleep and stress along the way.

6. Your Private Program Hub

You’ll have easy access to your nutrition plans, program resources, and shared documents so everything stays organized while you work with your care team and move toward your goals.

Inside the program, we create fully personalized weekly meal plans based on your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. No generic templates. No figuring out what to sub-in. No restrictive diets.

Just practical, balanced meals designed to support your hormones and metabolism while still fitting into real life.

run labs and advanced testing with me:

No more back-and-forth with your doctor about ordering labs for you, and no more waiting. Just order your labs inside our coaching, take the test, and get your results in 1-2 business days. Once we get your results back, we’ll use this information to further customize your nutrition, supplement, and exercise plan.

This is an optional add-on, but I love it because my panel offers a clear, simplified approach to evaluating your symptoms without overwhelming you with unnecessary testing and costs. A $599 value for just $176.

For clients who want deeper insights, we offer optional advanced testing that your coach and I will review in-depth with you and further customize your plan of care. Advanced testing includes:
