Job Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor

About Us: The PCOS Practice was founded by PCOS Registered Dietitian, Cory Ruth of The Women’s Dietitian. This practice is dedicated to empowering women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) to achieve optimal health and wellness. Our comprehensive approach integrates personalized coaching on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to help our clients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Position Overview: We specialize in transforming the lives of women with PCOS through expert nutritional guidance, personalized coaching, and a supportive community. Our 1:1 coaching program is changing lives—and we’re looking for a motivated and compassionate sales rockstar to help us connect with the women who need us most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads (no cold calling!) who’ve already expressed interest in our 1:1 PCOS coaching

  • Lead discovery-style sales calls or messaging conversations with compassion and clarity

  • Clearly explain the benefits of our coaching program and help potential clients understand if it’s the right fit

  • Follow up thoughtfully and consistently to nurture leads

  • Help us onboard 5+ coaching sign-ups per week

  • Track sales activity and performance in a shared system

You’d Be A Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1+ year of experience in a sales, enrollment, or client services role (health/wellness industry a plus!)

  • Are confident, warm, and empathetic

  • Understand the value of nutrition and coaching for women’s health (bonus points if you’ve lived it!)

  • Are self-motivated and thrive with autonomy

  • Are available 10–15 flexible hours per week
